Come on Get Social!
The Social Committee is seeking 3-5 active leaders to assist with planning and executing engaging social events for our club members. As a committee member, you would contribute to:
Finding volunteers to host social events: We rely on the generosity of our members to host social events throughout the year. My goal is to find volunteers willing to host as soon as possible to avoid last minute calls for volunteers. Your help in identifying and recruiting hosts will be invaluable.
Developing new social offerings: I’m always looking for fresh ideas to provide different types of activities for all members! Your input on new social events, such as themed parties, game nights, or outings, is highly encouraged.
Evolving the social experience: I aim to create a more inclusive and enjoyable social scene for all our members, including parents, young members, and children. Your insights and suggestions on how to achieve this will be greatly appreciated.
The time commitment for this role is minimal, requiring only a few hours per month. Your contributions will have a significant impact on the social life of our club.
